What is “JIS B 1168 EYEBOLT”?
Eyebolts are suspension devices used for transporting heavy machinery and other products.
There is a threaded hole in the product, and by fitting the eyebolt into the hole, the sling can be hooked on.
The materials used are SS400 and S20C, which are common carbon steel materials in Japan.
Metric thread is used for the screws.
When using eyebolts, the depth of the female thread side and the thread length must be carefully considered. This is because the load is supported by the engagement of the screws.
We mainly produce large sizes such as M80 to order, rather than small sizes. We are also able to manufacture sizes larger than M100 and custom-made products upon request.
