About the turnbuckles specified in JIS F7020 in Japan
Turnbuckles are specified in JIS F7020 as “Turnbuckles with eyebolts for ships”.
Turnbuckles used for tension cables and spring hangers used on ships are assumed.
While the turnbuckle for the anchor stopper in JISF3307 has a fork-shaped connection, JIS F7020 turnbuckle has eyebolts at both ends of the connection.
It consists of an eyebolt and a frame, and the threaded part is metric thread.
There are 10 sizes from M6 to M48, and the maximum allowable load is 600N to 48000N.
